We are very proud of our yarn. Please let us know if you are unhappy with it for any reason by emailing jane@newleafyarns.com and we will try to resolve the issue. If you simply change your mind within 14 days of receipt and you return it unused, unwound, and undamaged we will refund the cost of the yarn, but not the postage either way. The yarns are produced in limited edition batches. Once they are gone, it may be some time before we produce the same blend. Please order enough first time.
